This page covers the haulvoy.ai website. The site collects very little, and this page says exactly what.
What we collect
- Nothing you type into the site. There are no forms, accounts or sign-ups on it.
- No cookies and no advertising or tracking scripts.
- Emails you send us. If you write to hello@haulvoy.ai, we keep your message, your address and anything you choose to include, so we can reply and follow up.
- Technical data our host handles. Cloudflare serves and protects this site, and in doing so processes data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. If we turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you.
How we use it
To answer you, to talk with you about working together, and to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep email for as long as the conversation or the working relationship needs it, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
Email hello@haulvoy.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will answer within 30 days.
Data from the brokers we work for
When a freight broker or 3PL works with Haulvoy, the load, carrier and customer information we handle for them is governed by our written agreement with that company, not by this page.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
